Baked Brie and Sun dried Tomato Dip


Hello!  I know it has been awhile but I’m here with a tasty dip today.  I hope it makes up for my absence.  I love Brie when it’s baked and when it isn’t baked (this is true for most cheeses, too).  Today I am sharing a baked version.  Very simple with only 5 ingredients.  Easy as pie.  

First you cut up your Brie…ImageThen you put a mix of chopped sun dried tomatoes, garlic, black pepper, and fresh thyme on top. ImageYou bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and a little crisp.ImageThen you serve it with slices of bread!

Baked Brie and Sun Dried Tomato Dip

16 ounces packaged  Brie, cut into chunks

1 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves 

2 tsp fresh garlic, minced

Fresh cracked black pepper


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  

Remove the rind from the Brie and cut into chunks.  Place in a baking dish or baking skillet.   Combine your drained sun dried tomatoes, thyme, garlic and pepper and top the Brie.  

Cook for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.  I stirred my dip halfway through.  Serve hot with slices of french bread or crackers.
