Happy Friday! I’m happy because my root canal is over and it’s on to bigger and better things. Like this sorbet float. Oh myyy. It’s perfect for the warm spring and summer days coming up, but I’m not going to judge you if you have it with breakfast today. It’s like a mimosa…with zesty lemon sorbet. I had Max pour while I took a picture. The spill was on accident but it looks pretty cool. He would probably tell you that he knew it would look better so he spilled on purpose. 🙂 What teamwork…Lemon Sorbet Champagne Floats
Makes 2 Floats
1 cup (2 scoops) lemon sorbet
1/2 cup lemonade
1 cup champagne
Scoop 1/2 cup of sorbet and place in each glass. Add 1/4 cup of lemonade and 1/2 cup champagne to each. Best consumed on a warm day, but if it keeps raining, you can still consume it. I give you permission.
