Rosemary and Parmesan Fingerling Potatoes
1 pound fingerling potatoes
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp dried crushed rosemary
1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
Coat the potatoes in olive oil and mix with rosemary, crushed red pepper, and parmesan.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until tender on the inside.
